How to delete your MOJIKEY account and associated data
What happens when you delete your account
Your email address, password verification information, active sessions, and device credentials are deleted or anonymized. Other deletable account data is removed from our servers. We may retain anonymized statistics and evidence necessary for billing, security auditing, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal obligations.
Deleting your account does not automatically remove local data on your device. To remove local settings, dictionary data, and clipboard records, clear the app data or uninstall MOJIKEY.
Option 1 — Delete from the app (fastest)
Sign in to MOJIKEY and go to More → Account → Delete Account. Deletion starts immediately after you confirm.
Option 2 — Request deletion from this page
If you no longer have access to the app, send a deletion request from the email address linked to your account. After verifying your identity, we will delete or anonymize your account data within the period required by applicable law.
