Getting Started

How do I download MOJIKEY?

MOJIKEY is an Android keyboard app. Visit the download page at download.mojikey.app to get the latest version.

How do I enable the MOJIKEY keyboard after installing?

Open your device's system settings, go to Languages & input (sometimes under System), open the on-screen keyboard list, and enable MOJIKEY. Follow the system prompts to grant keyboard access, then select MOJIKEY as your active keyboard.

Is MOJIKEY free?

Yes. The first public release of MOJIKEY is completely free — no subscription, no paywall.

AI Features

What AI features does MOJIKEY include?

MOJIKEY provides text AI features you can invoke deliberately while typing: Reply (smart replies that fit the conversation), Rewrite (rephrase text or adjust its tone), Super Talk, Opening, and Translate between Chinese and English. AI personas let you adapt the tone for work, study, friends, relationships, and daily life.

What are AI personas?

Personas are preset tone styles for different situations — work, study, friends, relationships, and daily life. Switch personas to match the conversation you are in, and the AI tailors its suggestions accordingly.

Are AI replies always accurate?

AI output may occasionally be inaccurate or unsuitable. Review AI-generated text before sending, publishing, or relying on it.

Privacy & Data

Does MOJIKEY read everything I type?

No. Ordinary typing, candidate generation, and Chinese and English input are processed primarily on your device. Text leaves your device only when you deliberately invoke a text AI feature, when transmission is necessary to complete a service you explicitly request, or when required by law.

Does MOJIKEY access my clipboard?

MOJIKEY may read text from the Android clipboard to provide copy, paste, local clipboard history, and Reply. Clipboard history is stored locally and can be viewed, deleted, or cleared by you. Clipboard text is sent to online AI services only after you select it and deliberately invoke a text AI feature.

Where is my text sent when I use AI features?

The text you choose is sent through the MOJIKEY service at mojikey.app to DeepSeek for language-model inference. The MOJIKEY server is designed not to retain your AI prompt text or the generated responses; it may retain non-content operational records such as request IDs, token counts, latency, and error or security events. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Does MOJIKEY support voice input or image recognition?

Not in the first release. The first public release does not enable speech-to-text, microphone recording, image upload, photo or media-library access, or image recognition, and does not request microphone or photo permissions for these features.

Account

Do I need an account to use MOJIKEY?

You can register or sign in with your email address and a verification code. Account information is used for registration, sign-in, authentication, session management, account protection, and service security.

How do I delete my account and data?

Sign in to MOJIKEY and go to More → Account → Delete Account, or request deletion from the account deletion page. Local data such as settings, dictionary data, and clipboard history can be removed by clearing the app data or uninstalling MOJIKEY.
